BWMagic's Internet Marketing News

Besides using SEO to get top 10 listings in Google,
the other marketing tactic I use, most often, to earn
revenue from the web is list building.

And not only for income, creating lists is vital for getting
more traffic to your site or sites. It is also very important
for branding your products and for creating an online presence.

Now, list building has always been a favorite topic of mine
from years back and it is one that still interests me to this
day. However, recently I noticed my list building efforts were
taking on a whole new direction.

The traditional email list or newsletter still works and should
not be forgotten, but list building strategies are changing as
the web changes. If you want to effectively build your list,
you have to change with the times.

You have to change your list building tactics to meet these
new challenges. You have to change in order to take advantage
of this new web. Your list building methods should be different
from what they were 5 years ago.

Anyway, I discuss this whole issue of list building in my latest
blog post and give you 4 obvious free programs you should be using
to help build your list.

Discover what they are here:

Google Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide

It is sometimes very surprising to discover how much information Google gives out about how it indexes and ranks pages on the web. Of course, they don't give us the complete story for obvious reasons - but they do give webmasters tons of information on how to optimize their web pages for Google.

Perhaps, one of the best sources of information is Google's pdf download called "Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide". It does contain some valuable information, especially for the beginning webmaster or site builder - what to do and what NOT to do - if you want to rank high in Google for your chosen keywords.

Here' my post on this whole issue if you're interested in finding out more about what Google is saying...
